Eat to live, don't live to eat

Hey, guys! The purpose of this blog is to share every step of my weight loss journey.


I plan to lose weight through healthy food choices and exercise. Also, I'm using myfitnesspal.com to track my calories.

You guys should know, too, that I am not a stick trying to become a twig.


I really hope to gain some great healthy eating habits out of this journey. I'm hoping to kill old habits and take on a new mindset.

I wholeheartedly believe it will take a lifestyle change to lose and maintain my weight.

I do binge. There are some cookies that I just will not allow myself to buy because I know  I will eat the entire package. Ridiculous, right? Such. a fucking. glutton. UUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGH.

It’s cool, though because I am at least able to recognize and say to myself” You’ll just eat the entire package.” and I will not buy it. 

Why do I binge?

Because I love fooooooooooooooooooood.

Idk why for real, though… 

get on a treadmill at 6.0 incline for 30-45 once a day, everyday. He said that he does that to get lean for his weight lifting competitions.

All I’ve had today is Chick-Fil-A around 1 o’clock. I just got home, (3 PM) not even slightly hungry and I found myself going to make food. I grabbed some frozen vegetables from the freeze and I realized what I was doing and screamed, “WHAT THE HELL?” and threw them back like they were covered in cancer. 

Lol

Mindless eating. I’ve never experienced it like that before.

No freaking wonder I’m obseeeeeeeese.
