Eat to live, don't live to eat

Hey, guys! The purpose of this blog is to share every step of my weight loss journey.


I plan to lose weight through healthy food choices and exercise. Also, I'm using myfitnesspal.com to track my calories.

You guys should know, too, that I am not a stick trying to become a twig.


I really hope to gain some great healthy eating habits out of this journey. I'm hoping to kill old habits and take on a new mindset.

I wholeheartedly believe it will take a lifestyle change to lose and maintain my weight.
I don’t exactly understand this picture, but you know what comes to mind?  Summers, swimming with my friends and being the fat one. Being the fattest person in the bathing suit there.  It makes me angry.
